Calamity Ensues

I just got an email saying that they are passing on my pitch. I expected as much, because what I pitched might be too young. She said I should try pitching to the other networks, and that I can always come pitch again, if I have something new. Which I do, of course.

But it still sucks. I feel like this whole week has been just waiting on things. My interview today was really awesome, and they were hoping to give me an answer ASAP so that I could potentially get working this Monday but it’s 7 PM and I haven’t heard anything. Could be nothing, I’m sure, but you know, it still sucks.
